Terms, readably.
This document describes the HillBird platform as built. It takes effect at public launch and any change will be dated here.
The service
HillBird plans, drafts, and fact-checks social content for your business, grounded in the brand record built from material you provide, under the plan you choose. HillBird does not post to your social accounts. Finished posts are yours to download and post.
Beta service
HillBird is in beta. Features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn while it is, and content it generates may contain errors.
During the beta the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. You review everything before it is published or used.
To the extent the law allows, HillBird's total liability for anything arising from the beta service is limited to the fees you paid HillBird in the three months before the claim.
This section is in effect from 3 October 2026, for as long as HillBird is in beta.
Your part
You confirm the material you provide is accurate and yours to use. Your posts state the facts you gave us, so their truthfulness starts with you. You keep control: posts you approve are ready for you to download; posts you discard aren't.
Our part
We make content only per your plan and schedule, spend AI only under your plan's cap, route sensitive content through human review, and never state facts in your content that don't trace to your brand record.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on their secure page. Plan changes, payment details, and cancellation happen there; HillBird doesn't prorate or refund in-app.
Your content is your responsibility
HillBird is a tool. You, the business that holds the account, are solely responsible for every piece of content generated with HillBird, whether you edit it or not, and for everything you post to social media or use outside the platform: its accuracy, its legality, the rights to any material in it, and any disclosure it requires. That includes the advertising and AI-disclosure rules of each platform you publish to, endorsement and testimonial rules, and the rules of your own industry. Generated content is a draft until you approve it; review it before you publish it. Photos you upload are yours to use: by attaching one you confirm you hold the rights to it, the consent of anyone identifiable in it, and a parent's or guardian's signed release for anyone under 18.
No professional advice
Nothing HillBird generates is medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and HillBird must not be used to give it. Businesses in regulated fields are responsible for keeping their content within the rules that apply to them.
Health information
You may not submit protected health information or any identifiable person's health details. HillBird is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate and will not act as one.
Acceptable use
You may not use HillBird to create or request sexual content, any sexual content involving minors, sexual content about a real person without consent, threats, abuse, or hate, illegal goods, services, or fraud, or content that diagnoses, prescribes, or promises medical outcomes. Submissions are screened before anything is generated; a flagged submission is refused and reviewed by our staff, the most serious categories place the account on hold pending that review, and we may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. Third-party AI providers apply their own policies, and a refusal from one is final for that request.
AI output and warranties
Generated text, images, and video are produced by AI systems and may contain errors. HillBird provides them as-is, without warranty of accuracy, fitness, or non-infringement, and is not liable for losses arising from content you publish or use. You agree to indemnify HillBird against claims arising from your content, your use of it, and your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.
Leaving
Pause any time: nothing new is created while you are paused. Deleting your account ends the subscription and permanently erases your data, as described in the privacy document.
